Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, this cover is corrosion resistant and can withstand temperatures from -40 to 300°C. It has rounded edges for easy cleaning and is suitable for use in convection ovens, refrigerators, freezers and heaters. The lid meets the strictest food safety requirements and is dishwasher safe. The standard GN 1/2 size allows for convenient stacking.
