Control reflections
It is generally accepted that circular polarizing filters (CIR-PL) are used to cut the reflection of light from non-metallic surfaces. The max. point is usually the most used position of the CIR-PL filter, where reflections are reduced. However, there are cases where reflections need to be enhanced or adjusted according to the photographer's intentions. In this regard, we can say that the CIR-PL filter is not intended to cut reflections, but to control reflections.
Increase contrast
CIR-PL filters can also enhance the saturation of the sky and tree foliage by reducing light reflections from tiny moisture droplets and dust particles in the air, making white clouds pop and increasing the overall contrast of the image.
The UX II CIR-PL filter can be used with both film and digital cameras. The polarizing filter design has a polarizing film between two glasses, and the front frame is designed to rotate, thus setting the polarizing film at the desired angle.
Threads on the edges allow you to attach other filters and lens caps. The UX II CIR-PL's slim frame ensures that wide-angle lenses never get out of place.
