Knives are made of rolled sheet metal - innovative, martensitic NITRUM® stainless steel with increased hardness and corrosion resistance. The handles are made of polypropylene, which is injected directly onto the pin, which increases the durability of the connection. The surface of the handles is textured and very rough, so it can't slip out of your hand (it didn't slip). The handles are coated with BACTIPROOF SILVER®, which minimizes the accumulation of bacteria. It has increased resistance to high temperatures. The fork is not dishwasher safe.
