Professional heater for table bain marie dishes from the German catering equipment manufacturer Royal Catering. Food is heated in a GN 1/1 container that is immersed in a water bath. The temperature regulation in the range from 30 to 90°C is provided by a 1600 W heater and allows you to precisely adjust the heat according to the type of dish.

The included container GN 1/1 is made of high-quality stainless steel, so it is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The capacity of the container is 13 l, and the height is 100 mm. The GN container is suitable for use in ovens and refrigerators. The water bath is made of high quality stainless steel INOX. The water in the tank evaporates and heats (from below) the GN container.

There is a water level indicator from 1.5 to 2.5 liters on the bathroom wall. The control panel consists of a control light, an on/off switch and a convenient knob for setting 5 levels of temperature. The proposed food warmer is characterized by intuitive control and ergonomic design.
