The Royal Catering convection oven was designed with professional catering in mind. Perfect for restaurants, bars, fast food, food trucks and cafes with breakfast menus. The power of the oven is 2150 W. Thanks to convection, baking is quick and even, and there is no need to turn the products. This allows you to save energy and achieve better results. The thermostat maintains the desired temperature up to max. 250°C , and the built-in programmer facilitates the operation time (from 0 to 120 min.). The illuminated interior of the oven makes it easier to control the dishes being prepared. The set includes 3 grates and a tray holder for convenient loading and unloading of dishes. The vertical distance between the shelves is 6 cm. The interior of the device is made of stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures, aesthetic and easy to maintain. The oven door has a glass unit made of double tempered glass with a gap inside to prevent heat loss. Non-slip feet ensure the stability of the device. The overheating prevention system ensures safety by turning off the stove when the temperature is too high.
