The electric two-chamber fryer Royal Catering can fry fries, meat, fish or onion rings in a short time thanks to the efficient heating elements, each with a power of 3200 W. Thermostats controlled by two convenient knobs are responsible for maintaining the right temperature (50-200°C) . Indicator lights allow you to quickly check if the oil has warmed up.

The pan has two chambers with a total capacity of 16 liters , which can hold up to 8 liters of oil in total. In addition, there is a so-called cold zone at the bottom of the tanks. Thanks to it, the remains of fried food do not burn, which guarantees the excellent taste and quality of dishes. User safety is ensured by a system responsible for turning off the heater when it is tilted back. In addition , a built-in fuse protects the device from overheating .

Made of stainless steel , the fryer is resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion . Steel is also safe for health because it does not react with food. Rubber feet ensure the stability of the device during operation and do not scratch the work surface.
