Oxidizing emulsion L'oreal Professionnel Oxydant Creme is a hair dye oxidant with a creamy consistency. Cream activator and oxidant effectively softens hair, protects hair and scalp from drying out, has a calming effect. The cream oxidant is specially designed for use with cream paints and lightening agents Majirel, Majirouge, Majiblond. Indicative list of suitable activator selection: 3.75% - 12 vol. - Tone to tone. 6% - 20 vol. - Dyeing, lightening up to 2 tones. 9% - 30 vol. - Lightening in 3 tones. 12% - 40 vol. - Lightening by 4-5 tones.
