HOW TO USE?
- Prepare your lips for color by applying a primer. It will help lock in moisture and smooth your lips so that your lip liner and lipstick stay on.
- Then use a lip liner to outline the natural contours of your lips to accentuate your lips. Start in the center and work your way outwards for even coverage.
- If you want a matte shade, continue using the liner to fill in the lips or apply your favorite shade of ModernMatte Powder Lipstick, VisionAiry GelLipstick or another lipstick shade of your choice.
- For a glossy sheen, use Crystal GelGloss or Shimmer GelGloss.
