DESCRIPTION◾Used in the food industry - milk, beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, etc. in production, for acid washing.
◾Suitable for washing lime deposits, milk and beer stones, removing rust and protein contaminants.
◾Suitable for washing containers, pipelines, pasteurizers, equipment, building heating systems, heat exchangers, boiler pipelines, separators.
◾Suitable for surface cleaning: steel, stainless steel, chrome-nickel steel, acid-resistant plastics, acid-resistant rubber gaskets, ceramic acid-resistant tiles, glass, aluminum.
◾Not suitable for cleaning surfaces: carbon steel, zinc, tin, copper.
◾Removes inorganic impurities.
◾Oxidizes impurities of organic origin.
USAGE
◾ Preventive washing of circulation systems in the food industry - 0.5-2.0%, 50-60°C, exposure time 5-30 min.
◾ Washing of heating systems - 10%, 50-60°C, exposure time up to 12 hours.
◾Cleaning limescale from surfaces - 5.0-15.0%, 20-25°C, exposure time depends on the thickness of the limescale.
After using DECALCITE, wash the surface with water.
