Moroccan chamomile or annual beetroot, lat. Tanacetum annuum, essential oil, English commander Blue Tansy because the essential oil is dark blue in color. Aromatherapists always include it in soothing rituals for allergies, asthma, allergic children and adults; due to its anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-itch, anti-swelling properties.
(Annual tansy is not to be confused with tanacetum vulgare, whose bioactive substances are completely different and have different properties).
The wild Moroccan chamomile of the Mediterranean region is almost extinct. They started growing in Morocco, hence the name. The blue color of the essential oil is given by chamazulene (20-30%), other important bioactive compounds - sabinene, camphor, myrcene, pinenes (alpha and beta). Usage
For room aromatization, drop 1-2 drops of essential oil into aromatic lamps and candlesticks.
Baths Mix 7-8 drops of this essential oil with a glass of kefir, cream, yogurt or a spoonful of salt, honey, mild oil and pour into the bath.
For cosmetics, mix 3-4 drops of essential oil with 20 g of any cream and use for skin care.
Warnings: In case of contact with eyes - wash with plenty of water. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use directly on the skin.

It is necessary to check the allergic sensitivity! Before using essential oils, it is recommended to check the allergic sensitivity of the skin and respiratory tract: mix one to two drops of oil with 0.5 to 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and apply a piece of cotton wool on the inner side of the forearm, wrist or the bend of the elbow. If after some time (maximum 12 hours) no allergic reactions - redness, itching - occur, you can use the oil for skin procedures.
Store in a tightly closed container in a cool and dark place.
