The convection steam oven of the Italian brand EKA from the Evolution New series is a heating device designed for efficient work in professional catering establishments, especially in open kitchens, cafes, bars and canteens. The thin version (width 55 cm ) allows you to save space in small rooms, such as a gas station. The camera is completely made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel. The oven has direct spray and can be individually programmed for direct heat treatment using up to 99 programs via the touch screen. The control panel allows you to set the temperature from 30°C to 270°C , cooking time and steam level from 0% to 100% . Steam in the chamber is produced by directly spraying water on the fan, and the temperature inside the chamber is controlled by a digital probe. The oven has a manual preheat function for the preheating chamber and a delay start function of up to 24 hours. The device is manufactured in compliance with all HoReCa requirements and standards. In addition, it has a semi-automatic washing option, and removable GN container guides ensure ease of use and efficiency,
