The convection steam oven of the Italian brand EKA from the Evolution New series is a heating device designed for efficient work in professional catering establishments, especially in open kitchens, cafes, bars and canteens. The thin version (width 55 cm ) allows you to save space in small rooms, such as a gas station. The camera is completely made of high-quality stainless steel AISI 304 . The oven has direct spray, and the manual control allows you to set the temperature from 100°C to 270°C , the cooking time and the steam level in a 5-level adjustment range from 0% to 100% . Control is carried out using ergonomic knobs located on the oven door. Steam in the chamber is produced by directly spraying water on the fan, and the temperature inside the chamber is controlled by a digital probe. The device is manufactured in compliance with all HoReCa requirements and standards. Detachable GN container guides ensure ease of use and efficiency.
