Harry's - V60 Drip-Assist

Created by Harry in collaboration with Pete Licata, 2013. world barista champion. The attachment shape resembles the shower heads used in filter coffee machines. Its function is to evenly distribute the water on the surface of the ground coffee, which allows for more careful and consistent control of the brewing process.

Drip-Assist is made from a high-quality polymer that is safe for contact with food. It has two sizes of holes, a larger diameter in the central part and a smaller one on the outside. Larger holes allow water to flow quickly, especially recommended before infusion, while outer holes allow water to flow slowly. Water enters the central section when the outer ring is full, protecting the user from spillage.

Thanks to Drip-Assist, you don't need a kettle with a gooseneck, because it is the lid that ensures the accuracy of the pouring. It is also a great solution for beginner coffee lovers who do not have a special kettle in their equipment.
