"The LMO 50-270 is an oil-free compressor unlike any other! This is due to its innovative design and unique features that make it an extremely attractive alternative to both oil-free and oil-based compressors. The compression mechanism was completed with 2 electric motors , directly connected to two piston units, each with 2 pistons. As a result, it was possible to increase the generated power to 2 HP, which significantly increases the useful value of the device. Using the new generation of LMO oil-free piston pumps, it was possible to reduce the rotation frequency to only 1450 rpm, which is almost twice that of competing devices of this type. This also has a positive effect on its service life - the compressor is much more robust and durable than standard analogues. The lower speed means lower temperature of the components, which, together with the highly efficient cooling system means that the compression-to-cooling ratio is equivalent to that of higher-end professional compressors.
All these solutions made it possible to increase the effective performance to 185 l/min. As a result, it can be used successfully for much more complex tasks where typical oil-free compressors prove useless and for which oil-based compressors are not necessarily suitable. By reducing the rotation speed, the noise level was reduced to a maximum of 72 dB(A). At a distance of 4 meters from the compressor, the sound pressure level drops to 52 dB(A). This makes the equipment safe for you to use and convenient for others. You can work safely in areas where excessive noise is harmful or not recommended.
