Codenames Duet is the sequel to the multi-award winning Codenames, made specifically for two players! Codenames Duet is a cooperative mission that even has multiple levels of difficulty.
Codenames Duet gives two people a team challenge to identify their agents! Codenames Duet retains the same elements of the multi-award-winning game Codenames - you need to provide a one-word clue to help others identify your agents (words) from the cards on the table - but now you'll work together to find both players' agents. If you want an extra challenge, the game adds an increasingly complex campaign that will last more than one game session.
Players take turns giving each other one-word clues while the other player tries to guess the word on the cards on the table. The goal of both players is to help the other find the "correct" words among the 25 cards provided. Players win or lose together. Players are only allowed one word and one number clue per turn: the word should relate to several words on the cards, and the number should indicate how many cards relate to that word. Unfortunately, you have a limited number of moves, which makes the game even more engaging and dynamic.
