The ALPHA PERO series is made from a single piece of steel with a special chromium vanadium molybdenum alloy. Each knife is hand-forged and goes through over forty separate manufacturing processes before finishing. The handle is made of fine grain and velvet pear wood. The knives are made of stainless steel and are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Grushes are deciduous trees whose area occurs in North Africa, Europe and Western Asia, beyond Persia and the Himalayas after Japan. Pear wood is hard, heavy and durable. Everything is unbreakable and very stable. The stability is related to the so-called stonewood elements, which make it very dense and delicate.
