Stajine is a traditional Moroccan dish. This region usually has a high amount of vegetables and meat. Denmark Taiina needs a slow suffocation. The Tajine Staub container has a special lid adapted to such heat treatment. The profiled lid allows the steam to circulate optimally and thus fully moisten the food and release unnecessary air. The lower part of the dish is made of enameled cast iron and the inside is covered with a non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking to it. Tajine plate cover is ceramic.
