Advantages of G21 corundum grinding stone

Corundum, which has a hardness of 9, is second in hardness on the Mohs scale. Synthetic corundum is obtained by melting alumina and is used in the grinding of abrasives and wheels due to its special hardness. With the exception of diamond, it can grind all other minerals.

Corundum grinding stone made of synthetic corundum is very durable and of high quality.

Features:

• For a perfect manual sanding of knives, scissors, chisels and carving or garden tools, use a top double-sided corundum sanding stone with grain sizes of 1000 # and 6000 # for the final fine sanding and polishing.
• The corundum grinding stone is placed in a bamboo block with a specially adapted cutout. The package also includes a ceramic trowel for leveling and smoothing the stone surface after grinding, as well as a practical and convenient guide with a set grinding angle (15 °) or a water or oil dosing ball for grinding.

Grinding with grinding stone:

1. immerse the grindstone in water before use
2. attach the knife to the end of the guide blade
3. drive the blade of a knife or other grinding tool evenly by gently pressing the stone
4. after sanding on both sides, turn the stone upside down
5. repeats the smooth motion to correct any inequality
6. During prolonged sanding, you can moisten the surface of the stone with water or balloon oil
