X-SENSE FS31 Smoke Detector Kit

Ensure effective home protection with the X-SENSE FS31 kit, which includes three XS01-M smart smoke detectors and an SBS50 base station. The system uses photoelectric smoke sensors and wireless communication in the 868 MHz frequency band, and detection of a hazard by a single sensor can trigger all connected alarms immediately. Real-time notifications are sent to the X-Sense Home Security app, and the transmission range of up to 500 m (in open space) allows for effective protection of multiple rooms and floors.

Instant alerts throughout the home

Each XS01-M sensor emits an alarm at approximately 85 dB from a distance of 3 m, ensuring the signal is clearly audible even in larger rooms. The sensors can operate as a wireless system without a base station or work with the SBS50 control panel, offering additional remote notifications and app support. Up to 24 Link+ alarms can be paired in a single network, or up to 50 devices can be connected to a single base station.

Remote Monitoring

When connected to the X-Sense Home Security app, you receive instant notifications for smoke detection, low battery levels, and more. You can also use the app to silence alarms, test devices, and share access with other household members. Additionally, you can view event history.

10 years of reliable operation

The XS01-M sensors boast a 10-year lifespan and use replaceable 3V CR123A lithium batteries. The built-in test function and the option to silence the alarm for approximately 9 minutes make daily monitoring and system management easy. Furthermore, the compact dimensions of 78 × 78 × 48 mm and light weight of 95 g allow for discreet installation of the detectors on the ceiling or wall.

SBS50 Smart Control Panel

The included SBS50 base station features an alarm with a volume of up to 100 dB and voice messages with a volume of up to 110 dB. Additionally, it allows you to choose from various melodies. The 2-in-1 button enables both silencing the alarm and network configuration, while the three-color LED indicator shows the device’s current status. The control panel supports up to 50 devices and serves as a convenient hub for managing the security of your entire home.
