The SMM501 planetary robot from Blaupunkt is a device that will be appreciated by lovers of cooking and baking. The planetary rotation system of the agitator ensures that all components are mixed evenly and thoroughly. In addition, the smooth, electronically controlled speed control of 55 – 160 rpm allows for precise mixing control, maintaining a constant speed regardless of the engine load. Lower speeds in the range of 55-100 rpm are perfect for kneading dough, while the fastest speed 160 rpm is used for whipping.
The set includes a large steel bowl of 5 l, which allows you to prepare a large amount of dough at once or to whip a large amount of eggs. The steel bowl and tamper are dishwasher safe. The hook and stirrer are made of aluminium.
