Explosive gas sensor MTG-3000HMTG-3000H sensor is designed to monitor premises for the presence of natural gas (CNG, methane), propane, butane (or their mixtures). One of the few with a certificate confirming compliance with the Polish standard PN-EN50194-1:2009 and PN-EN50194-2:2006 issued by the independent testing body TUV SUD Product Service GmbH, and which can be installed not only at home, but also in caravan vehicles and trailers, ships and yachts. The MTG-3000H sensor continuously measures the gas concentration in the ambient air. If gas is detected, an optical and audible alarm is activated. The alarm is deactivated when the gas concentration falls below the threshold of activation of the sensor. The device must be equipped with a self-diagnosis system to monitor the sensor and internal circuits. In the event of a fault, a yellow LED is turned on to inform about the fault. The sensor is supplied with a safe 12V DC voltage via a 230V/50Hz mains power supply. It can be installed in rooms where the temperature is not lower than -10 °C and does not increase more than +40 °C (periodically -20 °C from +50 °C) and the relative humidity does not exceed 95%. In addition, a cigarette lighter plug can be glued on, useful for caravans, trailers, boats, etc. Recommended installation locations: kitchen areas with gas stoves, natural gas or propane butane boilers, areas with gas equipment such as: cylinders, meters , gas pipes, school chemistry and physics workshops. The MTG-3000H sensor can also be installed in trailers, hearses, ships and yachts.
