The operation of the CMP312 coffee machine is very intuitive thanks to the three buttons and the steam control knob on the front panel. If you want to brew coffee, turn on the device, pour the ground coffee into the filter and place it together with the portafilter in the coffee machine’s mounting head. Then simply press the “coffee preparation” button, wait until the right amount of infusion fills the cups and press the “coffee preparation” button again. Your aromatic coffee is ready.
The third button, together with the steam control knob, allows you to prepare a perfect, warm milk froth for cappuccino, latte, latte macchiato and the recently trendy flat white.
The CMP312 coffee machine has two filters for one or two cups of espresso. This makes it possible to prepare coffee according to the theory of reputable international baristas, who say that one cup of black coffee should be prepared from 7 g of ground coffee (the set includes two filters, one with a capacity of 7 g, the other of 14 g of coffee).
The water tank has a capacity of 1.6 l, so you don’t have to remember to refill it every time you prepare coffee. The durable Italian pump reaches pressures up to 15 bar, ensures that the coffee does not differ in taste from the one served in good cafés.
It is equipped with overheating and excessive pressure protection systems. As a result, the use of the coffee machine is not only comfortable but also completely safe.
Cleaning your machine is not a problem as the drip grid, drip tray, and nozzle to froth milk can be easily removed and washed under running water with the addition of mild dishwashing liquid.
