Optimized for professional 3D scanning

AESUB Violet is designed to facilitate the digitization of hard-to-read surfaces. Its thin coating reduces reflections and transparency, allowing the 3D scanner to accurately capture details. The spray is especially suitable for shiny, dark, or transparent materials that would otherwise compromise scanning quality.

The AESUB Violet coating, with a scanning time of approximately 2–6 hours, is intended for longer and more complex scanning projects. The stable coating provides ample time to scan large objects, complex geometries, and perform detailed measurements without the need for reapplication.

Unlike traditional scanning sprays, AESUB Violet does not require rinsing or wiping after scanning. The coating gradually evaporates after use, saving time and reducing the risk of residues on sensitive components, prototypes, and finished products.

The coating is applied in a very thin layer, minimally affecting the object's dimensions. AESUB Violet is compatible with virtually all optical 3D scanners and is used in quality control, reverse engineering, product development, research, and industrial metrology.

Apply AESUB Violet from a distance of 15–20 cm. Spray the entire surface to be scanned. Control the spray nozzle and move the spray bottle slowly and evenly back and forth, directing the nozzle at the object to achieve an even layer. Avoid moving the bottle itself.

Once AESUB Violet is fully dry, the object can be scanned as usual.

The applied AESUB Violet layer automatically evaporates after scanning. This eliminates the otherwise time-consuming cleaning process.
