COPPER PASTE by MOTOREX is an anti-corrosion paste that, within a temperature range of –40 °C to +900 °C, and up to +1200 °C for short periods, creates an effective separating layer between metal surfaces, thereby preventing seizing. Up to a temperature of 280 °C, lubrication is provided by a paraffin base oil; at higher temperatures, the lubricating effect is ensured by fine copper particles. The anti-corrosion paste is designed for all types of screws, threads, and pressed joints. It is particularly effective on components subjected to high thermal and mechanical stress—e.g., screw connections on brakes, brake discs, or the backs of disc brake pads.Application:Caution! Not suitable for rolling bearings or high-speed sliding bearings.
