The ANCEL ANJ600 is a professional device for cleaning and testing fuel injectors, equipped with a digital display, a microprocessor-controlled fuel pressure system, and an ultrasonic cleaner. The unit supports electromagnetic injectors (such as EFI and GDI) and piezoelectric injectors, enabling comprehensive diagnostics, testing, and cleaning of fuel injection systems. The operating pressure adjustment range from 0 to 8 bar, the ability to simulate engine operation up to 9,900 rpm, and a pulse width of up to 30 ms allow for a thorough analysis of injector performance under various operating conditions.
The device uses ultrasonic cleaning technology to remove carbon deposits and contaminants from the interior and surfaces of the injectors. Ultrasonic waves generate a cavitation effect that allows for the effective cleaning of components with complex shapes, recesses, and pores. The manufacturer has incorporated an external, standalone ultrasonic cleaner, which enhances ease of use and enables efficient cleaning of even heavily soiled injectors.
The ANCEL ANJ600 enables the performance of numerous diagnostic tests to accurately assess the condition of the injectors. The spray pattern/uniformity test helps compare the performance of individual injectors and observe fuel spray quality using backlighting. The leak test allows you to inspect the needle valve and detect leaks under system pressure, while the injection flow test lets you check the amount of fuel delivered during a 15-second operating cycle.
The device offers an automatic test function that includes, among other things, idle, medium- and high-RPM, variable acceleration, variable braking, and pulse width modulation tests. This enables a comprehensive evaluation of injector performance under conditions similar to actual engine operation. Three automatic test modes are available, and the user can adjust the fuel pressure directly from the control panel.
The ANCEL ANJ600 supports both piezoelectric injectors and traditional electromagnetic injectors. Thanks to a dedicated motherboard, the device also enables comprehensive and long-term testing of low-resistance fuel injectors, including models with a resistance of 1Ω. The manufacturer has also included a backflush function, which helps remove contaminants from inside the injector and on the filter.
The device uses microcomputer-based regulation and control of fuel pressure, which allows for stable operating parameters and a wide range of adjustment. The automatic fuel drain function enables rapid emptying of the system during selected tests using the Drain button. The manufacturer has also incorporated technology that automatically reduces pressure in the event of a sudden power shutdown, which enhances operational safety and helps protect components from damage.
The kit includes numerous adapters, hoses, and mounting components designed for use with various types of injectors. The device supports, among others, GDI adapters, adapters for Mercedes-Benz and BMW piezoelectric injectors, as well as standard and European connectors. The set also includes pulse cables for 6 injectors, fuel lines, mounting hardware, and accessories needed for testing and cleaning injection systems.
