The MOES SSD01 ZigBee Smoke Detector is a smart home security device that immediately responds to the presence of smoke and alerts you with a loud alarm of ≥85 dB (from a distance of 3 m). The device uses 2.4 GHz ZigBee connectivity, allowing it to send real-time notifications to your smartphone. Powered by a 3 V battery (CR123A/CR17335), with ceiling or wall mounting options, and operating at temperatures from 0°C to +55°C, the sensor is easily adaptable to various rooms.

Effective smoke detection and rapid response

The device reacts to the presence of combustion particles in the air by triggering an audible alarm and a visual signal. A volume of at least 85 dB ensures the signal is clearly audible even in larger rooms, allowing for a quick response to the threat. A red LED indicator additionally signals that the alarm has been activated, making the alert more visible.

Real-time notifications and remote control

Thanks to ZigBee protocol support, the sensor can integrate with a smart home system and send real-time notifications to a smartphone. This enables constant monitoring of the situation at home, even when the user is away. The remote monitoring feature enhances security control and allows for quick action.

Features that enhance operational reliability

The sensor offers a self-test function that allows you to verify the device’s proper operation. Additionally, it alerts you to low battery levels, which helps maintain continuous operation and prevents the device from stopping work without the user’s knowledge. Stable operation across a wide temperature range from 0°C to +55°C and humidity up to 95% RH (non-condensing) allows for use in various conditions.

Flexible installation and a wide range of applications

The option to install it on a ceiling or wall makes it easy to adapt the mounting location to the room layout. The sensor is suitable for various spaces—from apartments and homes, through offices, to other functional interiors. Its operating range covers an area with a maximum diameter of up to 15 m, allowing for effective monitoring of larger rooms.
