The "SUNLU Easy PA" is a modern nylon filament (PA6/66 copolymer), designed to eliminate the main issues associated with traditional PA materials – cracks, deformation, and high moisture sensitivity. It features high mechanical strength (tensile strength up to 75 MPa, bending strength up to 98 MPa), good impact resistance, and dimensional stability due to low shrinkage. It also performs excellently at high temperatures – the thermal deformation temperature reaches as high as 121 °C, allowing printed items to be used in demanding environments. This filament offers a wide range of printing parameters (250–280 °C, 50–150 mm/s), a diameter of 1.75 mm ±0.03 mm, and an ideally uniform, bubble-free structure that guarantees consistent and professional results.
