Use

Thanks to the intuitive touchscreen, performing each operation is very simple. You can quickly set the dose, program a single and double dose, and continuously grind coffee. The screen also displays the dose counter.
The hands-free fork fits every filter holder. Place the portafilter on it and push it forward to activate the grinding button.


Grinding

Mignon is recommended for espresso grinding. To set the coarseness, simply turn the micrometric adjustment knob. Although it is stepless, it has a scale that greatly facilitates the entire process. Grinding is precise and consistent. The key element here is the 55 mm hardened steel core. The result is about 1.4 - 1.8 g/s when grinding espresso coffee and 1.9 - 2.5 g/s with a coarser setting.


How it is built

Mignon is also well designed and well adapted. It comes in various colors. The body is made of metal, making it durable. The transparent plastic hopper holds up to 300g of beans.
