The Einhell 18 V 5.2 Ah Power X-Change Starter Kit is the perfect basis to start or expand the domestic Power X-Change range. The starter kit with a 5.2 Ah battery and the 3 A charging device are part of Einhell's multifunctional and infinitely combinable Power X-Change battery system. The universally applicable Power X-Change batteries provide power and endurance to all cordless tool across the entire product family. The chargers in the range can also be used universally for all Power X-Change batteries. The benefits are obvious: With one battery and one charging device for all devices, you not only save considerable costs on the purchase, but its universal nature protects the environment and offers flexibility in the home and garden. The high-quality Li-ion battery resists the memory effect and the self-discharge which usually occurs in batteries for constant, high power. The 5.2 Ah battery is also suitable for powerful twin pack utilisation in 36 V applications. The process-controlled ABS active battery management system continuously monitors the battery parameters using its integrated microprocessor. This ensures maximum safety, optimal device performance, maximum runtime and maximum service life. You can check the current charge status via the 3-setting LED indicator. The design of the housing makes it resistant to dust, corrosion and mechanical influences. The rubber coating gives the battery high impact protection and ensures a good grip. Thanks to the recessed grip, the battery can be easily removed from all units. The 3A charging device has a compact design and therefore requires little space and, due to the integrated hanging eyelets, it can easily be assembled on the wall. The fast charging technology makes charging times even shorter, and the battery is constantly monitored by the smart charging management system for optimal charging and top safety. Thanks to the refresh mode, it is possible to reactivate deeply discharged batteries. All current information for the battery is provided via a 6-fold LED status indicator for each battery. Ready to go: The 5.2 Ah battery is ready for use in just 100 minutes. If the battery stays in the charging device for longer, then it is gently charged to 100 %.
