The DJI Care Refresh + service is a twelve-month extension of the basic insurance offered by DJI on its products. During its validity, you can replace any damaged equipment for a small fee. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh +, please make sure you have DJI Care Refresh for your device.
Damage coverage
The insurance covers damages caused by an operator's error, contact with water, falling or signal interference during use.
When an accident happens
1. The user reports the fault and sends the product to DJI service stating that it has DJI Care Refresh +.
2. The user receives a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to repair / replace for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh +.
3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh +, the user pays the fee .
4. The replaced or repaired product is delivered to the user with priority. Transport costs are covered by DJI.

1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh +, make sure that DJI Care Refresh for your device is still active and that there is at least one replacement.
2. After purchasing and assigning DJI Care Refresh + to your device, a service contract will be sent to you by e-mail. DJI Care Refresh + will be associated with your device and take effect within 24 hours.
3. The replacement service provided by DJI Care Refresh + is valid for one year and will not start until DJI Care Refresh expires. The product warranty period is immediately extended upon receipt of the DJI Care Refresh + service contract.
4. DJI Care Refresh + and its equivalent product must be purchased in the same country or region as DJI Care Refresh + benefits are only valid in the region where it was purchased.
5. When you return your equipment as a DJI Care Refresh + replacement. The replacement unit will be new or equivalent to the new one in terms of appearance and performance.
Reservations
DJI Care Refresh + does not include:
1. Lost or partially lost product.
2. Product theft or abandonment.
3. Damage caused by using the product in inappropriate weather conditions.
4. Transmitter, additional accessories.
5. Deliberate loss of product.
6. Damage to the casing that does not affect the performance of the product .
7. Direct or indirect damage due to force majeure.
8. Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh + validity period.
9. Additional fees for improving the model, improving its performance.
10. Faults resulting from modifications made not in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual, or from the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
11. Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
