The SkyWatcher EQ5 PRO SynScan GoTo computerized mount is designed for tracking celestial objects for both visual observation and astrophotography. It is an accurate, reliable and strong mount that will help you keep the found object precisely in the center of the lens for a long time and without "shaking". Computer controlled RA and DEC motors for both axes. This is a great device for the beginner astrophotographer and the amateur to quickly find the desired object in the sky. A convenient control panel with adjustable lighting intensity or a phone app contains a database of over 42,900 sky objects. So you will easily find even the faintest objects in the sky and be able to follow them precisely. Each axis (RA and DEC) has aluminum graduated rings for precise positioning of objects. Two additional axes - azimuth and altitude - are also adjustable. The base of the mount provides a place for a polariscope for precise alignment of the mount.
