The Levenhuk Solar System F8 filter set consists of eight eyepiece filters to help you explore the Solar System in detail. All filters have a 1.25" diameter barrel and internal thread for matching different filters.

Levenhuk 1.25" Moon Filter

This filter is needed for long-term observations of the Moon. The moon, when its phase is greater than 80%, is very bright and can blind you. Therefore, sometimes you cannot explore it in detail. This filter reduces its "brightness", so observations can be made even during the full moon.

Levenhuk 1.25" Optical Filter #8 (Light Yellow)

This filter is used to observe seas and dust clouds on Mars, details of Jupiter's bands, as well as Uranus, Neptune and the Moon. You can use it to observe comets. It has high light transmission, making it suitable for small aperture telescopes. It reduces chromatic aberration in refractors.

Levenhuk 1.25" Optical Filter #11 (Yellow Green)

High light transmission filter for use with small aperture telescopes. Saturn is well observed through this filter, especially the Cassini section, as well as Mars and Jupiter. It reduces chromatic distortion in refractors.

Levenhuk 1.25" Optical Filter #12 (Yellow)

Like the previous one, this filter can be recommended for owners of small telescopes. It transmits light well, bringing out the contrast of the details of the Moon, Mars and Jupiter. It can be used to observe Venus and comets.

Levenhuk 1.25" Optical Filter #23A (Light Red)

It is recommended to use from 130 mm aperture. The filter is used for a detailed study of the atmospheric phenomena of Mars and the Moon, as well as Saturn and Jupiter. It can be used for eclipse observations of Mercury and diurnal observations of Venus. Comet tails are clearly distinguished through this filter.
