Tarmo Gas detector, 12 V / 230 V. Gas detector for home, cottage, motorhome or boat. The alarm can be connected directly to a 12 V system (boats, motorhomes) or to mains power (230 V) using the supplied transformer. The alarm warns of liquid gas and natural gas (propane, butane, methane).

Installation:

To detect natural gas, the alarm must be installed 15 to 30 cm below the ceiling line, and the distance from the oven or gas appliances must not be more than six meters. Make sure that the socket reserved for the connection of the 12 V DC power adapter is located no more than two meters away from the installation location of the gas detector.

To detect liquid gas, the alarm must be installed 15 to 30 cm above the floor line, and the distance from the oven or gas appliances must not be more than four meters. Recommended areas are the kitchen, garage or mobile home.
