Granite non-stick coating enriched with granite particles, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, yet retains its advantages: it does not burn, distributes heat well. It combines the benefits of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, outperforming even ceramic coatings.
