Disc with a continuous diamond segment with graphite chips creating a microporous structure with lubricating properties. The admixture of graphite grains reduces the thermal load and at the same time causes self-sharpening of the disc, which extends its service life. The edge quality of the cut material is excellent due to the extremely thin edge of the disc - only 1.3 mm (200 mm diameter disc).
The height of the segment is 10 mm for all available sizes from 115 mm to 350 mm. Thanks to the balanced housing, the disc maintains a perfectly straight cutting line, and the segmented line laser cutouts eliminate vibrations and provide additional cooling during work.
Due to its characteristics, Hard Ceramics Advanced ranks among the discs with the highest working speed and the best edge quality of the material to be processed, but these results are achieved at the cost of reduced disc life.
