Power, accuracy and excellent stereo image are terms that fit the Kali Independence three-way monitor perfectly. The three-way design allows each speaker element operating on its own amplifier to do its job in its own frequency range without compromise, and this achieves sound clarity as well as very low overall harmonic distortion. Compared to a traditional two-way monitor, the control of the stereo image and the sense of space in particular is extremely precise.

The total power of the speaker is 140 watts (60 w LF + 40 w Mid + 40w HF) which achieves a maximum sound pressure of 114 dB, so you get enough sound for even bigger mixing mode. The Kali Audio IN-8 speaker also features Boundary EQ controls that allow you to adjust the speaker frequency response to suit your placement. The V2 model has an updated power amplifier, which means, for example, that the self-noise of the speaker is considerably lower than the first generation. Likewise, the case itself has been made more durable.
