Its soft emulsion texture spreads easily, moisturizes, soothes, reduces redness, Hydrolate (60%), extract, protein, and amino acids from rice are rich in B vitamins and antioxidants. They intensely moisturize, prevent flaking and dehydration, increase skin elasticity, and help brighten the complexion. Panthenol (vitamin B5, 10,000 ppm) accelerates the healing of microdamage, softens and soothes, reduces redness, and improves the barrier functions of the epidermis.
