VPRO 26 Ah series batteries are manufactured using AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) VRLA technology and are mainly intended for use in emergency electrical systems (UPS, automation systems), solar installations and voltage converters. They work best in buffer charging systems, but can also be used in applications where batteries are cycled. For a discharge depth of up to 50%, they have approximately 650 duty cycles. The designed service life is 8-10 years when operating at a temperature of approximately 20-25 degrees Celsius. AGM VRLA batteries are characterized by an internal structure based on separators made of glass fiber, in which the electrolyte is concentrated. Separators are located between the lead plates inside the battery's energy storage tank. An additional feature of this type of accumulators is that they have an automatic sealing system (pressure valves - Valve Regulated). The valves open when excessive pressure is detected inside the battery, safely venting the resulting gas outside the case to prevent damage. This situation usually occurs when the battery is overcharged. The battery body is made of ABS material, and the elements are made of copper.
