The BLACKROLL® TWIN FOAM ROLLER massage roller combines the classic BLACKROLL® STANDARD with the DUOBALL 12. This product has several functional options - wide and precise self-massage with skin stimulation. Ideal for improving the spine and parallel muscle fibers. The middle part of the twisted roller stimulates and increases blood flow. The BLACKROLL® TWIN FOAM ROLLER massage roller is particularly suitable for the back, as the spine becomes lighter when massaging. Compared to the DUOBALL, the contact points on the left and right sides are wider, so the fascial massage on the left and right sides of the spine is applied more widely. The weave in the middle stimulates the skin and tissues, especially when massaging the feet and hands.
