Low-power electric towel dryers are made of a steel pipe , which is galvanically coated with a shiny decorative copper-nickel-chrome coating, or painted with white (RAL 9016) polymer paint.

An unregulated heating cable is installed inside the towel dryer, and a switch is installed in the plug for convenience. When the switch is turned on, a red lamp lights up, which indicates the heating of the cable at 100% of the installed power. After pressing the switch 1 time, the middle yellow light lights up and the cable heats up to 70% of the initial power. When the switch is pressed, the third green light comes on again, indicating that the dryer is running at 100% power and will turn off after 3 hours. Left and right models are produced.

Electrical safety class IP44 allows these electrical devices to be installed in wet rooms.
