Elinchrom's Rotalux Speed Ring for Elinchrom Flash Heads features increased strength at critical points and an all-metal construction, the key to allowing conventional flash heads to be used with Rotalux softboxes. The Speed Ring offers quick setup and is compatible with rectangular softboxes, figure eights, strips, square softboxes and eight softboxes via colored slots.

Stronger Rotalux speed rings
Developed with feedback from working photographers, Rotalux speed rings have been reinforced in specific areas to ensure all moving parts can withstand the severe stresses of repeated assembly and disassembly.

Color coding for quick setup
The Rotalux speed ring design has also been combined into a single ring that can be used to create all 11 Rotalux shapes. Color-coded indicators have been added to all mounting points for quick and easy setup by users. All the guess work has been removed as the red marks indicate the correct attachment points for the strip boxes: the blue marks the square attachment points and the octaves have no specific color as they use all the attachment points.
